Looking for a catering supervisor for a catering company, that specializes in catering events and weddings.
He/she should handles all aspects of the day-to-day work and to supervise events/weddings.
Day to day work
The job entails everything from interacting with customers, answering enquirers, giving the order details to the bakery staff and making sure that the order is correctly delivered to the customer on time.
Events/ wedding supervision
The job is done both at the kitchen where he/she requires to make the packing list for the event, and at various function sites to ensure that food service is provided to the customer’s satisfaction.
He/ she should supervise the waitresses and make sure that the event run smoothly.
Expectations [ ] The catering supervisor is expected to work flexible timing and during weekends. [ ] Should have good communication skills, as they need to be able to give clear direction to the team as well as effectively communicate with customers to meet their needs. [ ] Should have strong leadership skills, to be able to encourage a productive work environment through motivating the team. [ ] Expected to work closely with customers to understand and fulfill their wishes and to is expected to respond to customer comments or complaints properly [ ] Probation period is applicable for 3 months before transferring the visa.
